Most issues on SRD Exchange have straightforward fixes. This page covers the problems users encounter most often — from wallet connection failures and stuck escrows to unresponsive counterparties, bank account freezes, and suspected scams. Work through the relevant steps below before reaching out to support.
Wallet connection issues are almost always caused by a network mismatch or a browser conflict. Try these steps in order:
  1. Open your wallet and confirm it is set to the BNB Smart Chain network (Chain ID: 56). Connecting on the Ethereum mainnet or any other network will prevent SRD Exchange from recognising your wallet.
  2. Refresh the page and try connecting again. A stale browser session can cause the connection handshake to fail.
  3. Make sure you are on the official site: srd.exchange. Phishing sites mimic the interface but cannot interact correctly with the smart contracts.
  4. Disable other browser extensions — ad blockers, privacy tools, and other wallet extensions can interfere with the wallet connection prompt.
  5. Try a different browser. If you are using Chrome, try Brave or Firefox, or switch to the mobile app version of your wallet’s built-in browser.
If none of the above resolves the issue, contact support via Telegram with details of your browser, wallet, and operating system.
Escrow release requires both parties to complete their steps in the correct order. If your trade appears stuck:
  • Check that both you and your counterparty have marked your respective steps as complete within the trade interface.
  • If the seller has not confirmed INR receipt, send a polite message in the trade chat asking them to confirm. Delays are usually due to the seller not noticing the payment notification.
  • If the buyer has not marked payment as sent, remind them to do so, or raise a dispute via the SRD Exchange Telegram support channel.
  • If neither party can resolve the situation directly, contact SRD Exchange Telegram support and provide your trade ID. The support team can intervene manually to unblock the escrow.
If you have made the INR payment but the seller is not confirming receipt, take the following steps:
  1. Take a screenshot of your UPI payment confirmation or your CDM deposit receipt. You will need this as proof.
  2. Share the payment evidence directly in the trade chat so the seller can verify it on their end.
  3. If the seller remains unresponsive after a reasonable period, escalate to SRD Exchange Telegram support. Provide your trade ID and attach your payment proof. The support team will mediate and, where necessary, release the escrow in your favour.
Do not cancel the trade before speaking to support — cancelling without resolution may complicate the recovery process.
Bank account freezes related to crypto-linked UPI transactions are uncommon but do occur. If your account has been frozen:
  • Do not panic. Bank freezes are reversible. Act quickly and calmly.
  • Contact SRD Exchange Telegram support immediately with your trade details, including the trade ID, the amount involved, and the date of the transaction.
  • The SRD Exchange support team can provide documentation — such as a letter explaining the nature of the transaction — that you can submit to your bank to assist in getting the freeze lifted.
  • Once your account is restored, consider switching to CDM (Cash Deposit Machine) payments for future trades. CDM deposits involve physical cash and have no digital link to crypto activity, providing a 100% no-bank-freeze guarantee.
Flash USDT is a fraudulent token that mimics the appearance of real USDT but has no value and disappears after a short time. If you suspect you have received Flash USDT or have been scammed in any way:
  1. Contact SRD Exchange Telegram support immediately. Time is a factor — act as soon as you notice something is wrong.
  2. Provide the following information to the support team:
    • Your wallet address
    • The trade ID or details of the transaction
    • Any transaction hashes from the BSC blockchain
    • Screenshots of the trade and any communications with the counterparty
  3. The SRD Exchange team has processes to investigate suspected fraud and will assist you in pursuing recovery where possible.
To protect yourself in future trades, always verify the token contract address of any USDT you receive against the official BSC USDT contract before marking a trade as complete.

Always keep screenshots of your UPI payments or CDM deposit receipts as proof. Having clear evidence ready speeds up dispute resolution significantly and protects you if a counterparty is unresponsive.
